Congratulations to our Titan Football team for a successful Spring Program as the Titans battled the Walker Wildcats on Friday, May 17th, in Titan Coliseum.  Our Titan Players showed our fans the talent and skills that we can expect to see during the upcoming 2013 season.

To the Titan Football Family,

Hello, I am writing this letter to introduce myself to you. My name is Craig Jones. I am the new Head Football Coach at Lakeshore HS. I will be working with your son to not only build the Titan Football Program, but to help prepare him for life after football.

First, I wanted to give you a little background on myself. I have been a coach at Lakeshore HS previous two seasons under former Head Coach Larry Route. Prior to Lakeshore, I was the Defensive Coordinator at Mandeville HS. I was at Mandeville HS for 9 years and we went to the playoffs all 4 years I was the Defensive Coordinator.

I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2004 with a degree in Social Studies Education. I am a graduate of Mandeville High School and I have lived on the Northshore my entire life.

Over the course of the next few weeks I hope to get to know everyone involved with Lakeshore Football. I would like to encourage everyone to become involved in our program. We have numerous opportunities for helping our guys succeed. We are looking for volunteers to do everything from work the chains, work concessions, film, stat keep, cook pre/ post game meals, drive to 7 on 7 tournaments, & provide fundraising support.

In addition, we are looking for 100% membership in our Titan Touchdown Club. The Boosters are very important to our team. They have been important to growth of the program by purchasing items like the Hudl Online program to help get your sons recruited by colleges. It is free of cost to all players and will save you $200-300 a year instead of buying the services of a “recruiting specialist” or DVD company.
